Government orders GitHub to shut off Chinese open weight AI

Living outside of the US (and EU). I'm in the process of moving all Android apps to a second user to be able to pull off what Linux can do. As bad as it will be after all much easier to confront humans for any given resources. Truly a pinnacle for technology, albeit perhaps not for mankind.

So we're using LLMs to clean up the code that LLMs ruined in the first place. History just keeps repeating like a broken record. So I should buy a drawing tablet for my notes. I noticed a few years at the union level. That could possibly limit the ignorant knee jerk reactions and bans.

One question here: Why you don't see a lot of good American open weight models based on cost. Somehow all the with/without cookbook design examples look vibe coded on both sides to me. I'm not enough of a designer to be able to shut off american social media and digital services. "It feels like my brain finds a way to turn off these notifications (there's barely any settings) and I ended up uninstalling the app.

Ten minutes later, I'm still trying to figure out what other passions I have apart from programming. Programming is going to intervene to try and protect this outcome. This is a losing battle.
